Please read these terms carefully before using the vipyas platform. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and us.

Introduction and Acceptance

vipyas (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "our") operates an online betting and casino service for sports enthusiasts in Bangladesh. By accessing the website https://vipyas.lat, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions were last updated in January 2026. Notice of any future changes will be sent to the registered email address.

By using the vipyas platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms. This agreement operates in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Account Registration

To create a valid account on vipyas and use its services, each user must meet the following requirements:

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
  • It is your own responsibility to keep your account password secure.
  • If any account details change, you must notify our support team immediately.
  • Your account may not be used by or transferred to any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vipyas may at any time request valid government-issued identification (National ID card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address documents to verify a user's identity. Completing identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals are processed.

If an account is created using false information, it will be closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited.

Age Limit and Eligibility

The vipyas platform is for individuals aged 21 or over only. Creating an account and using the platform is strictly prohibited for minors (under 21 years of age).

  • You must have reached the required age to access this platform, which is restricted to users aged 21 and above.
  • We may request documents to verify your age at any time.
  • If proven to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
  • Only residents of Bangladesh may use this platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules must be strictly followed when depositing and withdrawing funds on vipyas.

4.1 Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
  • Deposit funds must be sent only from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used to make the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
  • Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled while they are being processed.
Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 10–45 minutes. However, processing may be delayed due to verification procedures or technical reasons.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

vipyas is committed to preventing money laundering. Any suspicious financial activity is monitored and may be investigated if necessary. Deposited funds must be used only for legitimate betting and gaming activities.

Bonuses and Promotions

vipyas offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are available subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A bonus of up to 200% worth up to ৳20,000 is available on your first deposit at vipyas. A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.

  • Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Example: A deposit of ৳22,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only and may be claimed once per account.
  • The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • vipyas reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
  • Each bonus has a specific validity period; if the requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

vipyas operates three VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%; Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%; Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. VIP benefits are subject to their own separate terms and conditions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the vipyas platform are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. The following rules apply equally to all players.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

  • Each game has its own applicable rules. It is your responsibility to read those rules before you start playing.
  • If any round or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, vipyas reserves the right to void or reconsider that bet.
  • vipyas will not be held liable for errors or malfunctions on the part of the game provider.
  • vipyas has the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Betting using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
  • Bonus arbitrage or any attempt to circumvent bonus terms is prohibited.
  • Coordinated play or collusion (adopting strategies across multiple accounts) is prohibited.
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform is prohibited.
If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, vipyas will close the account immediately and reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA) and other sporting events, if an event is cancelled or postponed, vipyas will settle bets in accordance with its own rules. If match-fixing or any other irregularity is suspected, the relevant bet may be voided.

Responsible Gaming

vipyas believes that betting and casino gaming should be for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to the mental and financial wellbeing of our players.

  • You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
  • A voluntary temporary account suspension facility is available if needed.
  • If you wish to permanently stop using the platform, you can apply for self-exclusion.

Account Suspension and Closure

vipyas reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

8.1 Reasons for Account Closure

  • Registering with false or incomplete information.
  • Failing age or identity verification.
  • The same person operating multiple accounts.
  • Involvement in fraudulent or prohibited activities.
  • Evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

8.2 Account Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please apply via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing, check the terms of any outstanding bonuses — if the terms are unfulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability
